SKY neurons were cultured for 3 weeks after thawing and the effect of glutamate on synaptic drebrin clusters was measured.
A concentration-dependent decrease in the number of drebrin clusters can be observed. - Fluorescent protein expression experiments using SKY neurons
SKY neurons were thawed and cultured for 6 days after gene transfer of GFP expression vector by electroporation.
The GFP-expressing neurons can be seen projecting protrusions to the periphery.
